We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections - so you can focus on doing what you do best.

We are currently looking for established Independent Contractors to service our commercial clients in the region. If you have a structured business, provides professional window washing services and want steady, recurring work without chasing new contracts or unpaid invoices, this may be a strong fit.

City Wide helps you grow your revenue, keep your crews busy, and get paid consistently - including guaranteed payment on the 10th for work performed.

We operate throughout South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana - a strong commercial market with warehouses, medical facilities, manufacturing sites, schools, and municipal buildings.

Requirements

This is for serious operators with legal entity -not a hobbyists.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following:
    • Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required)
    • Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably
    • Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain)
    • General liability insurance (required)
    • Workersโ€™ compensation coverage (as applicable)
    • Reliable transportation
    • Strong communication and accountability
    • Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities
    • Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control
    • Capacity to take on recurring accounts

We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial propertiesโ€”and we are building a network of professional service partners who can deliver consistent, high-quality results.

This is an opportunity to access steady, recurring commercial work without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments.

If you operate a structured cleaning business and are looking to grow with reliable accounts and long-term stability, this may be a strong fit.

The selected contractor will provide professional commercial cleaning services, including:

  • General janitorial services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal)
  • Restroom cleaning and sanitation
  • Breakroom and common area cleaning
  • Floor care (hard surface maintenance, basic care programs)
  • High-touch surface disinfection
  • Periodic services (deep cleaning, detailing, specialty tasks as needed)

Work may include:

  • Nightly or scheduled recurring service (typically 5x per week or as defined)
  • After-hours work in occupied facilities
  • Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team

You will be expected to:

  • Follow defined scopes and specifications
