Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist, Belleville, NJ

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist for a full-time Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist opportunity at Clara Maass Medical Center, a facility that provides state-of-the-art medical treatment across a broad spectrum of different disciplines. The Liaison will closely work with Primary Care physicians to consult on care to provide to patients.

As the largest integrated health care delivery system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package including health, life, disability and malpractice insurance, 401k/retirement, plus PTO and added time off for CME.

Successful candidates will be:

  • Completion of a Consult Liaison fellowship (Preferred)
  • ABPN board-certified in Adult Psychiatry
  • NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
  • Experienced working in an inpatient setting (Preferred)

We are open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians! Please note that current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the residency stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of residency!

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $315,000 to $475,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
