Job description

  • Continuously improving standards and processes,
  • Work with production planners to optimize production schedule and grade changes
  • Collects and analyzes data on quality and production variances and creates action plans to mitigate variance
  • Communicate any procedural issues with suppliers
  • Support small and large scale projects and modifications in areas including water treatment management, in collaboration with other key leaders.
  • Assess asset performance and lead corrective action plans
  • Execute product development/qualification process
  • Document management (standard operating procedures "SOP’s”)





QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degrees in industrial technology, engineering or chemical engineering are of high interest.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
