Job Summary
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Celebree School™, you'll have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the earliest stages of our little ones' development, creating a nurturing and enriching environment that fosters growth and exploration. As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll also have the opportunity to help navigate classroom Aides through their journey into the world of early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
  • Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
  • Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
  • Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
  • Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications
  • Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
  • This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
  • The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
