Job description

Some people see chaos in numbers. And then there are people like you: who bring structure, rhythm, and logic to them. At AAA, we are looking for exactly that match. Not just a wallflower who simply checks off invoices, but a Credit Management Consultant who understands that cash flow is the lifeblood of a healthy business.

Your mission as an AAA Consultant

As a consultant at AAA, you are more than just temporary support; you are an expert who makes a difference for our clients on a project basis. Sometimes for a few months, sometimes longer, but always with the security of a permanent contract with us.

In this role, it’s all about the balance between results and relationships, according to the AAA formula:

  • Attitude: You speak the language of numbers as well as the language of the client. You know that assertiveness only truly works when it is wrapped in empathy and professionalism.
  • Action: You ensure that invoices don’t linger indefinitely. You follow up, analyze, negotiate, and resolve. You don’t wait around; you take the initiative to streamline processes.
  • Added Value: You look beyond the outstanding items. You advise on credit limits, set up feasible payment plans, and provide reports that actually get read. Your input improves the client’s financial health.
What will you actually be doing?
  • You manage your own client portfolio and maintain an overview of outstanding invoices.
  • You assess the creditworthiness of (new) clients with the right finesse.
  • You answer questions, proactively seek solutions, and prevent escalations.
  • You prepare reports that provide insight and take legal action if necessary.
Who are you, besides an expert in your field?
  • Expertise: You already have a solid foundation in Credit Management or experience as a Credit Collector and are ready to apply that knowledge across various sectors and contexts.
  • Language skills: You communicate fluently in Dutch and French (English is a great asset) because, yes, we work throughout Belgium!
  • Mindset: You are analytical but also human. You know there is a story behind every number, and you are allergic to the phrase “that’s how we’ve been doing it for years.”
  • Drive: You have the desire to make your mark project after project and to keep challenging yourself.
What can you expect from us?
  • Security & variety: A permanent contract from day one, combined with the variety of different challenging projects.
  • The AAA Academy: A place where you further develop your expertise through targeted training and coaching.
  • The full package: A competitive salary with all the trimmings: a nice company car (incl. fuel/charging card), 12 ADV days, meal vouchers, hospitalization, and group insurance.
  • A top team: You will become part of a community of 200 Order-to-Cash specialists who value and help expand your knowledge.
