We have an immediate career opportunity for a qualifiedKey Accounts Manager. As aKey Accounts Manager,you will maintain a close working relationship with key customers by identifying the key decision makers within the business, understanding each customer's business challenges and priorities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in order to increase revenue streams. In addition, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing new business through cold calling, networking and various other methods. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Grow revenue and profitability within assigned National accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise business opportunities.
• Build relationships with executive-level and key decision makers.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through contract execution.
• Development of strategies to increase sales penetration and profits in assigned accounts 
• Present customized logistics and supply chain solutions that deliver customer value.
• Partner cross-functionally to support customer growth and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and growth objectives. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• BS/BA or MS/MA with 5 plus years of previous experience (selling service vs. product preferred) 

• Proven sales experience and success selling large, national account, multi-location businesses (Greater than $60K/monthly revenue targets) strongly preferred 

• State of the art knowledge of technologies, processes, and practices 
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database and web-based applications 

• Creative and innovative thinking in bringing successful resolutions to high-impact, and complex problems. 

• Experienced selling in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred 
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus 
• Candidates may be asked to complete a work sample, presentation or skills assessment as part of the selection process.
