Job description

Xcite Automotive is seeking New Car Delivery associates for our dealership partners in Belair, MD.

Job Description : As a New Car Delivery Associate at Xcite Automotive, you ensure that every vehicle handed to a customer looks impeccable, inside and out. You play a key role in creating that first wow moment when a customer picks up their new car.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Thoroughly wash and clean vehicle exteriors and interiors.
  • Vacuum and remove all debris to ensure spotless interiors.
  • Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, or interior damage, reporting issues promptly.
  • Keep the car wash and delivery prep area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Use appropriate cleaners to ensure vehicles stay pristine longer.
  • Operate all cleaning equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Minimum Qualifications / Must-Haves:

  • 1+ years of professional automotive detailing experience, ideally in a dealership or high-volume reconditioning environment.
  • Proven expertise in detailing tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment with rapid turnaround expectations.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
  • Weekend availability is non-negotiablethis role requires working Saturdays and/or Sundays regularly.
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, and work inside and around vehicles for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in dealership detailing or high-volume recon shops.
  • Familiarity with advanced techniques like paint correction, buffing, or ceramic coating.
  • Exceptional time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple vehicles daily.
  • Strong communication and teamwork mindset to collaborate effectively.
