Job description

Job Title: Senior Program Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US Anticipated Posting End: 12/31/2026 The Opportunity: * Lead the delivery of a multi-team Agile program developing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). * Serve as the primary interface with Government program leadership, with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance. * Direct a cross-functional workforce of engineers, developers, and delivery professionals in a SAFe-based environment. * Shape program strategy, growth, and customer relationships on a high-visibility national security program. Responsibilities: * Manage overall program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract deliverables. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Representative, and mission stakeholders. * Lead staffing, hiring, and subcontractor management to maintain a fully resourced program. * Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, burn-rate analysis, and invoice review for a Time & Materials contract environment. * Direct Agile delivery cadence and ensure program commitments are met across Program Increments. * Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues; escalate with recommended courses of action. * Drive quality of contract deliverables, monthly status reporting, and program reviews. * Identify and support on-contract growth and new business opportunities. Qualifications: Required: * TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph * Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience accepted). * 8+ years of program or project management experience on Government IT programs. * Demonstrated success managing software development programs using Agile methodologies. * Experience managing program financials in a Time & Materials or similar contract environment. * Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage subcontractor relationships. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Government stakeholders. Desired: * PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification. * SAFe certification ( SAFe Agilist, RTE, or LPM). * Prior experience supporting NGA or the Intelligence Community. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
