Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex broadcast/media systems.
Manage project schedules, resources, risks, and budgets.
Supervise installation teams on-site (racking, stacking, and cabling equipment).
Interpret technical documentation (schematics, run lists, floorplans).
Collaborate with engineering, vendor, and client teams for seamless execution.
Provide ongoing project updates, reports, and markups for as-built documentation.
Ensure quality, compliance, and on-time project delivery.
5–7 years of experience as an Installation Lead or Project Supervisor in broadcast/media.
Strong background in deploying large-scale media or AV systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting system drawings and schematics.
Experience working with cables, connectors, and installation tools.
Able to lead teams and train staff on installation standards.
Familiar with commercial building trades related to system installation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
