Position Title: Industrial Services Representative Position Summary: The Industrial Services Representative is responsible for supporting client relations and sales activities related to the company's business development efforts. This role promotes the company's capabilities including dry docking, paint booth operations, machining and mechanical services, welding, fabrication, and equipment rentals while building strong relationships with ship owners, government agencies, marine contractors, and industrial clients in the oil and gas, wastewater, and power sectors. The position requires a proven background in sales and business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams to support proposal development and aligned project execution.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 10 or more years of experience in ship repair, construction, or heavy industrial environments are required, along with an understanding of applicable licensing, certifications, and safety requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with ship owners, operators, government agencies, marine contractors, shipyards, and key industry partners across the maritime, oil & gas, wastewater, and power sectors to drive new business opportunities. Identify, research, qualify, and pursue new business across heavy civil, industrial, and marine projects, securing profitable growth aligned with company objectives.

Represent and promote the company's full range of capabilities, paint booth operations, machining, mechanical shop services, welding and fabrication, equipment rental programs, and including dry docking. Lead and support proposal and pursuit efforts, including RFQs, RFPs, capability statements, pricing, quotes, and technical solutions, in collaboration with estimating, operations, and project teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate scopes of work, compliant deliverables, and alignment between sales commitments and operational capacity.

Track and manage the sales pipeline and relevant KPIs to support forecasting, reporting, and measurement of business development performance. Conduct market research and analyze industry, competitive, and pricing trends to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic input for business development initiatives. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and professional associations to strengthen market presence and maintain awareness of emerging trends and opportunities.

Maintain and continuously improve business development SOPs, guidelines, strategies, and processes related to opportunity pursuit and management. Support discussions related to Industrial, maritime, safety, licensing, and certification requirements to ensure compliance throughout the pursuit and execution of work. Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to interpret and discuss licenses, certifications, and regulatory standards affecting project delivery.

Proven track record of generating profitable contracts and closing complex deals. Strong understanding of structural systems, machining operations, welding processes, and industrial service offerings. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; ability to generate schedules, reports, and performance metrics. Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to effectively operate standard office equipment Good attitude; must be a team player.

Candidates must have access to reliable transportation to get to work and other job sites on time for the start of shift Must be flexible in work hours Valid State of Hawaii REAL ID-Compliant Drivers' License in good standing, Class 3 or higher or a valid U.S. Passport in addition to a valid Hawaii Driver's License, if you do not have a REAL ID-Compliant Driver's License. Education/Training and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience within manufacturing, industrial services, or heavy equipment industries (construction strongly preferred). Interpersonal skills, good attitude, and exceptional work ethic. Work requires establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
