Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Senior Manager, you will help clients define, design, and scale digital asset capabilities across blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money. Within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will combine advisory-led strategy with technology solutioning to shape business cases, market readiness assessments, target operating models, governance, and implementation approaches.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex engagements and senior client relationships, guiding clients from strategy through implementation and production. You will oversee requirements, architecture, vendor decisions, and integration strategies while coordinating specialists across PwC to bring together regulatory, engineering, banking, payments, and operations expertise. You will also develop teams, identify opportunities to expand client relationships, and drive quality across engagements.

Responsibilities

- Leading complex digital asset, blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money engagements
- Shaping business cases, market readiness assessments, operating models, and governance strategies
- Guiding technology architecture, vendor selection, and build, buy, or partner decisions
- Overseeing digital asset capabilities from strategy and pilot through implementation and production
- Managing senior client relationships and advising stakeholders on business and technology decisions
- Coordinating cross-functional PwC capabilities across regulatory, engineering, banking, payments, and operations
- Maintaining governance, controls, and operating model alignment as digital asset capabilities scale
- Leading teams through complex delivery challenges and developing high-performing talent
- Identifying and developing opportunities to expand digital asset engagements and client relationships

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Leading multiple digital asset, blockchain, or fintech consulting engagements in Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset & Wealth Management
- Demonstrating deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, custody and wallet infrastructure, tokenization, and related operating models
- Bridging advisory, business, and technical discussions with senior stakeholders
- Leading complex workstreams, teams, and senior client relationships
- Advising on digital asset regulatory, governance, risk, and control considerations
- Applying analytical rigor and sound judgment to complex business and technology decisions
- Driving proposals, business development, and expansion of client relationships

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
