  • Build and maintain hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments using Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, or similar technologies.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, load balancers, gateways, and network security groups.
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability; troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates for network automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM.
  • Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to ensure compliance, encryption, and identity management standards.
  • Lead network-related projects for cloud migrations, multi-region deployments, and disaster recovery.
  • Establish and document best practices, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure team.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, including at least 3 years in cloud network engineering.
  • Expert-level knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPN, and load balancing technologies.
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native firewalls, WAF, SD-WAN, and zero trust network access (ZTNA) concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on reliability and performance optimization.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, CCNP/CCIE).

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with container networking (Kubernetes, CNI, service mesh).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
