Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ. This hybrid infrastructure role combines hands-on network, and systems support with cloud infrastructure administration. The ideal candidate brings experience across networking, Active Directory, and cloud technologies, with a strong customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and support network hardware, switches, gateways, and related infrastructure
* Troubleshoot desktop, systems, and network issues in a hands-on environment
* Support and maintain Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure
* Assist with cloud networking, security, firewalls, load balancing, and redundancy solutions
* Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID environments
* Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and documentation
* Provide on-site technical support for end users and infrastructure needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Support experience
* Experience with Active Directory design, implementation, and administration
* Hands-on Azure experience; AWS knowledge preferred
* Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
* Understanding of cloud networking and infrastructure concepts
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work primarily on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in high-growth environments
* Knowledge of firewalls, load balancing, and network security
* Technical certifications are a plus
* Ability to travel occasionally (<20%)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
