Optiom is hiring a Territory Manager to drive product adoption across Alberta's automotive dealership network. You will be on the front lines of our national sales team: identifying, onboarding, and developing dealer relationships that deliver lasting results, and reporting directly on territory performance.


Compensation: $60,000+ base salary, plus performance commission and an $800/month vehicle allowance.


WHO YOU ARE

You don't need to have worked in insurance before. But you will thrive here if you bring the right combination of sales drive, relationship instincts, and automotive industry know-how.


You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel across Alberta
