Immaculate Dealer Solutions was formed out of a previous company, Crystal Clean, which was a retail, storage, and dealership operation. In 2026, Immaculate Dealer Solutions split off as a dealership focused business that aims to provide the highest quality detailing services to dealerships in the West Michigan and surrounding area. IDS is committed to serving the customer and our people well while working hard and delivering an exceptional service.


Role Description:

The Detailer I is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet company and client standards. This entry-level position focuses on learning and performing dealership vehicle preparation processes while maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Team members are expected to work in a fast-paced environment, follow company procedures, and represent Immaculate Dealer Solutions professionally at all times.


Job Responsibilities:

Learn how to proficiently prep vehicles, detail new vehicles, and detail used vehicles according to company standards

Maintain required workflow and productivity expectations as directed by leadership

Follow all company safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and restocking processes

Represent Immaculate Dealer Solutions professionally with coworkers and dealership personnel

Report damages, safety concerns, equipment issues, or workflow concerns to leadership promptly

Inspect and correct quality of work prior to job completion to ensure company standards are met

Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition

Ensure detailing bays and work areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift

Safely move and park vehicles on dealership property when authorized

Perform additional duties as assigned by management
