Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed
Job DescriptionWe are actively looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our team. This position involves a range of responsibilities including collision repair, paint preparation, panel alignment, and vehicle reassembly. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in auto body repair and be committed to delivering safe, high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles for repair
  • Align panels and components to factory specifications
  • Prepare parts and vehicles for paint, including sanding and masking
  • Mix paint to match OEM color codes and apply finishes as needed
  • Buff and polish painted surfaces to achieve a professional finish
  • Perform final detailing on completed repairs
  • Road test vehicles to verify proper repair quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with dealership and OSHA standards
  • Adhere to all company safety procedures and protocols
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Body Shop Manager

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • ICAR and/or ASE certifications preferred, not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Familiarity with industry-standard repair tools and equipment
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a physically active role
