Location: The role will be a hybrid position located in Toronto, Ontario

Salary: 85-90k base + bonus

About the Role

The Azure Business Development Manager drives growth across Microsoft Azure consumption and licensing for both EA renewal accounts and the broader CSP book. You'll work closely with internal sales teams, technical specialists, and Microsoft stakeholders to convert EA accounts to CSP, expand Azure consumption across existing accounts, and position Insight's Azure services to meet client business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new CSP logo acquisition through EA-to-CSP transitions on Azure-primary accounts
  • Identify and develop Azure consumption and workload upsell opportunities across the broader CSP book
  • Design optimal Azure licensing and consumption scenarios aligned to client technology goals and cost optimization objectives
  • Position Insight's Azure services (ARCs, funded workshops, FinOps/cost management offerings) to existing and net-new clients
  • Maintain forecasting and pipeline accuracy for Azure-driven opportunities
  • Co-sell actively with Account Managers, Commercial Executives, and Technical Solution Specialists to support land and expand motions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years selling Microsoft Azure solutions, consumption, or licensing, with strong technical knowledge of Azure core services and CSP/EA licensing models
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales, solutions selling, and Azure consumption growth motions (migrations, workload expansion, cost optimization)
  • Bilingual French/English required for Quebec and Atlantic market coverage (or: an asset, depending on territory)
  • Executive presence and strong presentation skills for internal and external executive audiences
