  • Verify raw materials and lot numbers to ensure correct materials are used and traceability is maintained.
  • Build products by following all established processes, work instructions, and procedures while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.
  • Rotate between tasks as necessary and work effectively with all group members, both within the immediate team and cross-functionally.
  • Maintain accurate training records and any other required documentation to support compliance and quality requirements.
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions promptly to supervision for evaluation and resolution.
  • Follow and adhere to all safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate the status of operations in a timely manner to management, including any safety concerns or process issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with clean room standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support production and R&D activities.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness and ability to work under a microscope for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Comfort working with small components, lead wires, and performing soldering tasks as required.
  • Commitment to following safety, quality, and clean room procedures consistently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in medical device assembly, including catheter assembly, guide wire assembly, and medical clean room assembly.
  • Hands-on experience with microscope-based assembly and inspection of small medical components.
  • Familiarity with medical assembly documentation practices and maintaining accurate production records.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an R&D and manufacturing setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and efficient work area.
  • Comfort adapting to varying levels of microscope work, ranging from approximately 10% to 50% of the workday depending on production needs.

Why Work Here?
