Join a fast-paced engineering team as a hands-on Program Manager: IV (Lead), where you'll actively drive technical modernization for high-impact financial applications. This unique technical lead role is for those who want to remain deeply involved in coding while guiding the engineering effort-without people management responsibilities. You'll shape the future of a legacy auto loan origination platform, working side-by-side with skilled developers to deliver scalable, secure, and modern solutions.
[Responsibilities]
- Deliver production-quality code for assigned user stories using .NET (C#), Angular, DB2, and SQL
- Provide hands-on technical leadership-pair with developers, review pull requests, and mentor teammates
- Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and remediate security vulnerabilities across the application portfolio
- Design, build, and maintain new and existing system integrations with a focus on RESTful API development
- Support and troubleshoot business-critical, production systems; perform root-cause analysis and resolve incidents
- Drive modernization and re-platforming of legacy mainframe applications to modern architectures
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Operate within Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in all ceremonies and team processes
