Job description

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support and strengthen the technology environment used by both corporate teams and a global franchise network in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, from managing cloud platforms and user access to improving endpoint security and resolving complex support issues. The role also contributes to operational efficiency by building automations, maintaining internal IT tools, and helping ensure dependable performance across business-critical systems and integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration by managing user accounts, groups, licensing, mail services, SharePoint access, and collaboration tools across the organization.
• Administer identity and access controls, including authentication policies, permission reviews, and security settings that align with established standards.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through centralized device management tools, ensuring consistent configuration, patching, compliance, and protection.
• Act as an escalation resource for complex service desk matters, working with regional support teams to resolve recurring issues and improve response quality.

• Support internally hosted platforms and franchise-facing eCommerce and shipping integrations by monitoring performance, handling routine administration, and escalating advanced issues when needed.
• Partner with engineering, cloud, and internal stakeholders on technical initiatives, including regional deployments, security enhancements, infrastructure-related changes, and tooling updates.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation covering system configurations, operating procedures, policies, and support processes.
• Track IT assets and software usage throughout the lifecycle, including procurement coordination, deployment, inventory control, compliance monitoring, and secure retirement of equipment.• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support roles.
• Strong background administering Microsoft 365 Enterprise environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and licensing management.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for identity, access, and user lifecycle administration.
• Proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 environments in a business setting.
• Experience with unified endpoint management tools for device provisioning, policy enforcement, patching, and compliance oversight.
• Knowledge of asset management practices, including hardware tracking, software licensing, and lifecycle coordination.
• Familiarity with endpoint security controls and operational best practices for protecting user devices and business systems.
