Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking an Investment Operations Senior Specialist for a contract opportunity. Support the delivery and execution of retirement income solutions tailored to sophisticated advisor practices and their clients. This role contributes to evaluating advisor needs, implementing service strategies, and ensuring retirement distribution plans are executed in alignment with client financial plans and internal retirement algorithms.

Works closely with advisors, internal teams, and leadership to maintain high service standards, improve processes, and enhance client outcomes. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Analyze financial plans developed by advisor teams to evaluate the effectiveness of retirement distribution strategies Establish and maintain servicing instructions, monitor daily cash activity, and proactively follow up with advisors when distribution cash levels fall below targets. Support oversight of retirement-related algorithmic decisions using specialized financial software tools.

Prepare and analyze proposed investment trades efficiently for presentation to advisor teams. Collaborate with advisor team members to address inquiries, research retirement system issues, follow up on notifications, and clarify complex or unclear requests. Assist in managing and strengthening ongoing relationships with advisor practices, including conducting periodic check-ins and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Digital Solutions, Financial Planning Services, and other teams to support execution of retirement service processes and initiatives. Input, track, and analyze client retirement plan data; communicate insights and findings to team members and leadership. Produce accurate and high-quality reporting that may include complex, integrated financial analysis.

Participate in onboarding new advisor practices and fostering long-term relationships. Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and service delivery within Retirement Disbursal Services. Provide input on enhancing procedures to align with program requirements and evolving regulatory standards.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required. FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 or 7 licenses preferred. 5 years+ of experience in financial services, including brokerage and advisory platforms, products, and services.

Proficiency with Envestnet and Next360 systems preferred. Strong understanding of retirement service offerings, distribution strategies, and financial industry operations. Experience supporting or consulting with sophisticated advisor practices (e.g., ensembles, fee-based planners, private client groups, or similar)

Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting. Knowledge of retirement planning, personal finance, tax considerations, and operational processes. Ability to develop, implement, and improve repeatable operational workflows.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to collaboration, leadership, and accountability for results. The base range for this contract position is $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors
