About Us:
Escape Adventures has been creating world-class active vacations since 1992. The Aquarius Trail Hut System is one of America’s premier hut-to-hut mountain bike experiences, taking guests through some of Southern Utah’s most spectacular backcountry. We are looking for a motivated leader who enjoys operations, logistics, problem solving, and creating exceptional guest experiences. 

NO bike riding experience needed for this position. Strictly a Operations and management role


Position Summary:
The Adventure Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Aquarius Trail Hut System. This position ensures guests receive an exceptional experience while managing staff, vehicles, bicycles, equipment, logistics, inventory, and the overall operation.


Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support seasonal staff and guides.
• Coordinate daily guest departures and arrivals.
• Manage bike fleet, vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance of huts and facilities.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Solve operational issues independently.
• Ensure outstanding customer service.
• Assist with scheduling and training.
• Help recruit and onboard seasonal employees.
• Maintain safety standards throughout the operation.
• Work closely with company leadership to improve systems and efficiency.


Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing people and operations.
• Comfortable working in a remote outdoor environment.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Experience in outdoor recreation, hospitality, tourism, guiding, ski resorts, rafting, fishing lodges, or similar operations is preferred.
• Mountain biking experience is helpful but not required.


Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, housing provided, performance bonuses available, and the opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership position within Escape Adventures.
