Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, which will span various age groups and backgrounds, focusing on their unique emotional and psychological needs.
  • Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation for all client interactions, including therapy notes and treatment plans, in alignment with both organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilizing our billing service, which manages claims and client accounts receivable, to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus more on client therapy.
  • Scheduling ongoing therapy appointments, ensuring that all client calendars are current and accurately reflect the therapy schedule.
  • Collaborating with your fellow therapists to enhance treatment strategies and share insights regarding clinical best practices, thereby fostering a learning-centric environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on clients receiving hospice care, alongside individuals seeking therapy for a range of mental health challenges including grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your expertise and sensitivity will be crucial for providing support to clients navigating the complexities of coping with illness and end-of-life matters.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
  • Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong therapeutic skills coupled with professionalism, excellent boundaries, and cultural competency.
  • Effective self-management, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • A commitment to engaging in ongoing professional development and enhancing therapeutic methodologies.
  • Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings, ensuring flexibility in accommodating client schedules.
Preferred Experience

We highly value candidates with significant training and experience in working with couples, as this will benefit our mission of providing comprehensive therapy options to our clients. Experience within hospice or palliative settings will also be regarded favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include:
