As part of the Information Technology (IT) Pillar the Network Resiliency Engineer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining diverse connectivity solutions. - Own internet redundancy, failover strategies, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across ISP, network, and on-site infrastructure layers.
- Ensure secure and consistent network standards across all properties.
- Additional duties as assigned
- Act as the IT/Connectivity lead for construction projects, from design review through cutover.
- Partner with construction managers, architects, and electricians on:
- Low-voltage design (IDF/MDF, conduits, pathways)
- Demarc placement and ISP handoffs
- Rack, UPS, and environmental requirements
- Review drawings, submittals, and site conditions to prevent downstream issues.
- Coordinate go-live readiness and final turnover to operations.
- Travel internationally and domestically to various residences/offices around the world.

Qualifications:
