Spikes Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager who can lead front-of-shop operations while continuing to produce.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands sales, gross profit, ARO, car count, workflow, and technician productivity and knows how those numbers work together to build a successful independent repair shop.
