Job Description

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments.  This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
     
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
  • Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
  • Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.  In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
  • Have an active driver's license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain a DOT medical certification
  • Provide documentation regarding their previous employment


Preferred

  • Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
  • A business or otherwise related academic major
  • A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $69,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
