  • Administer and optimize database environments including AWS RDS, MySQL, and Aurora for scalability and performance.

  • Create and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system implementation guides.
  • Deliver technical briefings, demonstrations, and user training sessions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure system reliability, compliance, and performance.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Demonstrated professional experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, or systems administration environments.

  • Experience supporting secure and scalable systems architectures.
  • Experience with PKI implementation and certificate management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure cloud implementations.
