  • Welcome and assist residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors
  • Process applications, leases, payments, and resident correspondence
  • Maintain accurate resident files and records
  • Coordinate work orders and communicate with maintenance staff
  • Assist with collections, notices, delinquency management, and legal process
  • Support marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives
  • Help create a positive experience for current and future residents
  • Support the daily operations of a thriving manufactured housing community
What We're Looking For
  • Previous property management, leasing, housing, customer service, collections, or office administration experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidently in difficult situations, including collections and past-due account discussions
  • Comfortable having respectful but direct conversations regarding lease compliance, payments, and resident responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
