Service Project Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a Service Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for estimating and managing service projects from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical work, project coordination, and customer interaction while keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare accurate project estimates using plans, take-offs, and estimating software
  • Review and gather pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Build and send detailed project scope proposals to customers and contractors
  • Coordinate project staffing and ensure labor and materials are tracked for billing
  • Manage project teams and ensure safety and company policies are followed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support projects and bids
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and service contacts
  • Support efforts to grow and expand the customer base

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma required; construction management, electrical engineering, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • General knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and project types (commercial, industrial, residential)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • Solid planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints
  • Comfortable using computers and estimating software
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
