Job description

The Role
Account Coordinator
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Account Coordinator to help our client teams turn great ideas into great work.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves making things happen. You'll work alongside our account managers to coordinate client work across creative, digital, media, production, and strategy-keeping deliverables moving, details organized, and teams connected from kickoff through final delivery.
This isn't an administrative or traditional project management role. We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organization with strong judgment, initiative, communication skills, and a genuine interest in client service. You'll report to other Senior Account Managers and gain exposure to every stage of integrated advocacy and marketing campaigns, with the opportunity to grow into greater account management responsibility.
What You'll Do
Account & Campaign Coordination
  • Support Account Managers in the day-to-day execution of multiple client accounts and campaigns.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, budgets, approvals, and next steps from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, status updates, presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Participate in client communications and translate requests and decisions into clear next steps.
  • Coordinate creative, digital, media, strategy, and production teams to keep work moving.
  • Build and maintain timelines, work plans, and task assignments in Asana.
  • Flag potential issues before they become problems.

Creative & Production Coordination
  • Coordinate creative and digital production from concept through final delivery.
  • Manage internal reviews, client feedback, revisions, approvals, and final assets.
  • Coordinate designers, writers, developers, printers, media vendors, video teams, and other production partners.
  • Help manage production across digital, print, paid media, video, web, and social.
  • Maintain organized project files and perform quality-control checks before delivery.

Digital, Social & New Business Support
  • Assist with content calendars, social publishing, paid media coordination, email marketing, website updates, and other digital campaign needs.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and compile reporting using Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Coordinate proposal development and delivery and support presentations, pitches, and other new business needs.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to help client teams deliver exceptional work.

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
  • 2-5 years of experience in account coordination, account management, marketing, communications, creative production, digital campaigns, or a related agency environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple client accounts, campaigns, or projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt quickly as priorities change.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or disciplines.
  • Familiarity with creative, digital, and social campaign execution.
  • Strong digital fluency and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in and get things done.
  • Familiarity with video, print, web, and digital production.

Technical Skills
You should be highly proficient with Google Workspace, Asana or a comparable project-management platform, Slack, and AI-powered productivity tools.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Agency experience supporting multiple client accounts.
  • Experience in public affairs, advocacy, nonprofit, or purpose-driven communications.
  • Paid media or campaign execution experience.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, freelancers, or production partners.
  • The role is hybrid in the Seattle area (2x week in office minimum), or fully remote considered
