Job description

Role: Marketing Automation Specialist
Location: Malvern, PA โ€“ Onsite form day 1
Long Term Contractย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

Must Have Skills: MarTech, RedPoint, Oracle/SQL, CDP

Required Technical Skill Set

  • Desired overall IT Experience Range: 8-10 Years
  • Domain Experience: Banking/Finance
  • Proven hands-on experience with the Redpoint marketing automation platform
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle/SQL, including data segmentation and targeting logic
  • Good understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and omnichannel marketing workflows

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint
  • Manage advanced segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
  • Build, monitor, and maintain customer workflows and journey orchestration
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive optimization
