This position involves diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, performing a wide range of vehicle services, and ensuring every customer receives excellent service. The right candidate will bring a strong background in automotive repair and a dedication to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of mechanical services in an efficient and timely manner
  • Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Complete accurate and detailed repair documentation
  • Follow manufacturer specifications to ensure repairs meet quality standards
  • Stay up to date with technical training, certifications, and bulletins

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ford Certification preferred (not required)
  • ASE Certification preferred
  • Prior Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanics, and components
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods
