We're looking for a strong retail leader to take full ownership of our Christiana Mall location-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn strategy into results.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
As Store Manager, you are the leader and commercial driver of your store, with full accountability for performance, people, and operations.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7-15 colleagues, building a strong and engaged store culture
  • Conduct regular performance conversations, feedback, and development planning
  • Set clear expectations and drive accountability across the team
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and values are consistently followed

Commercial Performance & Sales
  • Own and drive key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and profitability
  • Analyze performance and implement action plans to improve results
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and strong selling behaviors
  • Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and product presentation

Operations & Store Management
  • Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow
  • Ensure efficient execution of store opening/closing procedures and operational processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
  • Manage store communication and ensure timely follow-up on business needs

Recruitment & Talent Development
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including interviews and hiring decisions
  • Deliver structured onboarding and training to new team members
  • Build a strong internal talent pipeline and support team progression

Compliance, Loss Prevention & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Maintain strong loss prevention practices, including cash and inventory control
  • Lead and uphold Health & Safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for team and customers

WHO YOU ARE:
  • 2-5+ years of experience as a Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
  • Highly commercially minded, with the ability to analyze data and take decisive action
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience managing store processes and compliance
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering great customer experiences
  • Experience with brands such as Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, or similar is considered an asset
