JOB DESCRIPTION

Homewood Suites by Hilton Bloomington–Mall of America is seeking a dependable, guest-focused Front Desk Agent/ Part Time Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests while ensuring accurate overnight financial reporting and smooth hotel operations.


What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
  • Complete check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
  • Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
  • Prepare and distribute financial and operational reports
  • Monitor hotel activity and assist with guest safety and security
  • Communicate important information to hotel leadership and incoming shifts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and handling financial transactions
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills; Hilton systems experience is a plus
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
