Klamath Falls, Oregon, are seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our team as
Co-Medical Director alongside Dr. Carolyn Whitaker.

About the Role
As Co-Medical Director, you'll partner with Dr. Whitaker to help lead two companion animal hospitals located just six miles apart. Your focus will include:
- Mentorship and development of veterinary team members
- Supporting hospital culture and employee retention
- Promoting high-quality patient care and client service
- Identifying opportunities for hospital growth and innovation
- Collaborating on medical standards and best practices

Prior exotic animal experience is welcomed but not required.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Minimum of three years of clinical veterinary experience
Preferred
- Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
- Strong mentorship, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven adaptability, initiative, and team-building abilities

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
