JOB SUMMARY
As a Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
  • Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
