Job description

Start: immediately | Level: Teamlead | Location: US, remote | Type: Full-time 

This role will be responsible for leading the visual identity, creative development, and design execution across all consumer touchpoints in the U.S. market.  

You will partner closely with brand, social, influencer, content, growth, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience as we scale. 

Your Mission 

  • Own and evolve the MORE U.S. visual identity and creative expression 
  • Lead design across social, influencer, digital, e-commerce, retail, events, packaging, and marketing campaigns 
  • Translate global brand guidelines into market-relevant U.S. executions 
  • Partner with external agencies, freelancers, creators, photographers, and production partners 
  • Support major brand launches, product launches, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns 
  • Help establish and manage a scalable creative workflow and asset development process 
  • Collaborate closely with the future social and content teams as we continue to build out the U.S. marketing organization 

Your Experience & Skills 

  • 6+ years of experience in design and creative development 
  • Strong portfolio spanning brand, digital, social, and consumer products 
  • Experience working within high-growth consumer brands, preferably wellness,lifestyle, beauty, food & beverage, or fitness 
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment 
  • Strong creative taste with experience managing agencies and creative partners
