Job description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems. Duties

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, appliances, and mechanical components.
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, and construction-related repairs as needed to support facility operations.
  • Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.

Requirements
