Description
Estrella at Seminary Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor HVAC in Fort Worth, TX.
Duties:
  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
  • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
  • HVAC (EPA) Certification required
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
