Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will support the Digital Solutions organization by leading complex, cross-functional programs within Supply Management (HSM). This role focuses on driving a portfolio of strategic technology and innovation initiatives, including incentive management platforms, supplier solutions, data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The position requires strong program leadership, stakeholder alignment, governance oversight, and end-to-end delivery management to support business growth and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of technology initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks (charters, RAID logs, escalation processes)
  • Provide portfolio-level visibility on delivery health, timelines, risks, and priorities
  • Support executive updates, steering committees, and decision-making forums
  • Collaborate with business, product, technology, data, analytics, and vendor teams
  • Drive program recovery efforts, including re-planning and re-baselining
  • Maintain accurate program documentation for transparency and audit readiness
  • Contribute to PMO maturity, standards, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional stakeholders


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project, program, or portfolio management experience in technology or digital initiatives
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional programs
  • Strong expertise in PMO governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle (planning, build, testing, deployment, post-implementation)
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or group purchasing environments
  • Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud technologies
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators
