Role highlights
  • Full-spectrum ownership of maintenance: installation, repairs, preventive programs, and continuous improvement.
  • Safety-first leadership: train teams, enforce policies, and instill safe operation of all equipment.
  • PM excellence: establish procedures, monitor compliance, and drive reliability gains.
  • Operational rigor: schedule work, validate repair estimates, and document daily activities and maintenance logs.
  • Asset care: conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues early, and restore to standard quickly.
  • Contractor management: coordinate external service providers and hold them to performance expectations.
  • Inventory control: maintain spare parts levels; place timely orders for critical components.
  • Financial stewardship: track expenses, manage the maintenance budget, and prepare annual budget requests.
  • Performance improvement: develop and execute strategies that enhance equipment effectiveness and uptime.
