The Business Operations and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing the back office, inventory and daily business operations of SITECH Texoma.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Prepares reports for dashboard and KPI input. Analyzes data for process improvement recommendations. 

  • Oversees and coordinates activities of direct report and operations staff. 
  • Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet deadlines, schedules and customer expectations. 
  • Recommends measures to improve methods as it relates to operations, sales, service or rental performance and quality of products or services and suggests changes to improve efficiency. 
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists coworkers in resolving work problems. 
  • Oversee and maintain our back office systems such as E-Automate. 
  • Development of personnel through training of defined processes and performance feedback. 
  • Overall responsibility for our inventory management, warehousing and inventory logistics. 
  • Oversight and delegation of inventory RMA process. 
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts. 
  • Maintain and oversee the shipping/receiving and relationships with vendors. 
  • Research and maintain inventory adjustments, stock order and replenishment. 
  • Interprets company policy to employees and enforces safety regulations. 
  • Work with sales operations & sales management ensuring all parts are pulled and bill of sales are complete. 
  • Collaborate with service operations & service management on processes and inventory management. 
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Inventory Coordinator. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance and recommending for hire; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

  • Associates’ degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  •  Knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems. 

  •  Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite. 

  •  Experience with managing inventory.

  • Excellent time management skills. 

  • Detail oriented, ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. 

  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulation written in English. 

  •  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. 

  •  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
