Position Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic passionate about precision, technical problem-solving, and delivering top-quality HVAC solutions. If you enjoy working on complex systems and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components
  • Braze piping and install refrigeration parts with precision
  • Read wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and compressor documentation
  • Perform QC checks before units move to testing
  • Support testing, start-up, and commissioning of ICE equipment
  • Participate in equipment design, R&D, and continuous improvement projects
  • Assist with equipment installation and field start-up when required
  • Troubleshoot issues early to prevent breakdowns
  • Provide technical training and guidance to team members when needed
  • Take on leadership responsibilities on projects and help support other trades
  • Travel occasionally for testing, installation, commissioning, or warranty work



What You Bring

  • Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and work with electrical/A/C systems
  • Experience with HVAC/refrigeration testing, design, or installation is an asset
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
  • Willingness to work overtime or travel when needed
  • Electrical or automation experience is an asset
