Maintenance Management Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Maintenance Management Analyst, you'll bring your experience with applying analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness or organizational productivity to work on projects for our defense mission client. You'll serve as a technical expert in United States Marine Corps maintenance management lifecycles to support procedural equipment maintenance oversight, accountability and materiel readiness. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and emerging Service concepts to assist our client in the planning, and execution of new equipment fielding, equipment divestments, and predictive exercise support equipment maintenance requirements.

You'll impact the work we do for our defense mission client and the solutions we deliver for military maintenance management and equipment related mission readiness.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with United States Marine Corps Maintenance Management at the battalion, regimental, or general officer level staff
  • Experience with Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), and its supply and logistics systems
  • Experience with maintenance administration procedures, policies, and directives
  • Experience with SharePoint-hosted data environments
  • Knowledge of Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) planning requirements, including Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request (TOECR) validation
  • Knowledge of current logistics and readiness related to United States Marine Corps orders and directives
  • Ability to facilitate materiel readiness briefs to include input to and analysis of the Defense Readiness Reporting System and conduct and maintenance assist efforts
  • Ability to advise on the planning, coordination, and facilitation of maintenance stand downs and inspection preparation
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience serving with the Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group or Major Subordinate Element level units under the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force
  • Experience with all Logistics Command (LOGCOM) managed portals and databases
  • Experience with training, development and mentoring, team building, policy implementation, budget and materiel management, and records management
  • Experience with organizational maintenance management in the Indo-Pacific Command area of operations
  • Experience with Power BI, including DAX-based data modeling and dashboard development for readiness reporting
  • Knowledge of Field Supply and Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) inspection program

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
