Summary:

The Electrician is responsible for the installation and service of electrical systems in residential and commercial environments. You will inspect and troubleshoot electrical system and present solutions to customers. This position must have knowledge of various types of electrical systems, fixtures, and components and the ability to use a variety of tools and techniques to resolve electrical system issues.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Assists our HVAC installation team with disconnect replacements, wire pulls, and other electrical items as needed

  • Follows standard process for installing and configuring electrical systems

  • Uses a variety of tools and techniques to repair and maintain electrical systems to determine the best way to install new electrical systems

  • Reads and interprets electrical blueprints

  • Follows all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines while you work

  • Completes sold services using protective measures to keep customer’s home clean and undamaged

  • Answers any questions that our customers may have about their electrical systems and components while striving for customer satisfaction

  • Performs other duties as requested

  • Proficient in electrical systems

  • Ability to use a wide variety of electrician tools and techniques

  • Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications (not required):


Journeyman Electrician license


Physical Demands:

  • Ability to operate tablet, mobile phone and other field equipment as needed

  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs repeatedly during work hours

  • Ability to climb up and down ladders and/or step stools repeatedly during work hours

  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time during work hours

  • Ability to work in small and confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, etc.

  • Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor)

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locations

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
