Job description

Entry Level Laborer/Maintenance Worker


An industrial building maintenance contractor is looking for career minded field worker. We perform all types of building maintenance from sweeping, scrubbing, patching, repairing and epoxy coating of concrete floors. We will provide worker with hands on jobsite training for field maintenance. We also require a work safe environment which includes safety classes including field safety training. The company provides all necessary safety products.


Compensation & Benefits

· Entry level position, competitive hourly wages, starting at $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. Scheduled pay increases during your 1st year

Qualifications

· Employment Eligibility Verified with Federal and State Government Agencies

· Must be able to follow verbal or written instructions

· Must have a valid Driver’s license and transportation

· Full time position must be able to work 40-50 hours per week

· Must be dependable

· Hours Monday-Saturday an occasional Sunday

· Normal Start Time 6:00 AM to job completion

· Candidate must pass physical and drug testing
