POSITION/LEVEL: Parking Maintenance Associate FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

DEPT/OFFICE: Ancillary Revenue, Parking – Newport on the Levee 

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager 

 


 

JOB SUMMARY:


The Parking Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in supporting Jamestown’s commitment to Excellence, Responsibility, and Innovation by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming parking facilities for our guests, tenants, and community members. This position is responsible for daily facility upkeep, including routine maintenance, groundskeeping, equipment care, traffic navigation, and delivering premium customer service.

Hours: Monday – Friday and weekends as needed during peak seasons. Mornings/Afternoons


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Customer Service, working knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures, and reasonable understanding of building equipment and basic facility needs.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

 

  • Customer Service/Traffic Navigation
  • Provide general maintenance of commercial parking facilities
  • Maintain parking garage and/or lot areas, in a clean and presentable manner.
  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the interior/exterior of the facility, grounds, including property signs and lighting
  • Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
  • Trash Removal from facility garbage cans
  • Removal of facility weeds, dirt, trash and random debris using brooms and dustpans, shovels, sweepers, vacuums, and high-powered blowers
  • Treat stains with Degreaser
  • Floor Rinse/Remove Debris
  • Maintain parking equipment and technologies
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
