Job description

The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance during turnover at a student housing apartment community. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administration and maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with necessary repairs and improvements to vacant student apartments prior to move-in.
  • Perform touch up painting as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.
  • Support expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
  • Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • No specific level of education is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Must have reliable transportation

Physical Activities:
  • Frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds when using machinery and equipment for essential tasks.
