A maintenance associate is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment needed to run a business. The setting for this job and the duties vary depending on the type of company. In a retail store, you may need to fix lighting and electrical systems, undertake cleaning duties, and install shelving. In a production facility, you need the skills and qualifications to maintain specialized equipment.
