Familiarity with hand and power tools, maintenance management systems, and safety protocols is typically required. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability help distinguish top performers in this role. These skills and qualities are essential to ensure equipment and facilities remain safe, functional, and efficient for daily operations.
